Our new offices at the RVH are bigger than at the MGH and have been renovated for our purposes.  We will continue to have dedicated equipment for echocardiography. In addition, we now have a state-of-the art cardiac catheterization laboratory at the RVH dedicated to the congenital heart disease patients. There are no changes in medical staff.  Dr. Marelli, Dr. Martucci and Dr. Therrien and Nathalie Comtois our nurse, all look forward to seeing you in our new location. We continue to work as a McGill wide team of congenital heart specialists in collaboration with our colleagues from Montreal Children’s Hospital, the JGH and with Dr. Tchervenkov.

The MAUDE unit at the RVH is in the H Wing, on the 4rth floor. The H wing is in the main building on the West end of the hospital. For patient information related to transportation, parking and access please log on to http://www.muhc.ca/pfv/rvh/.

To reach the MAUDE unit, you can come in through the main entrance near University Street, take the elevators up to the 4rth floor and follow the signs. See the map.

For Inquiries, our telephone number is 514-934-1934 extension 42691.  You can use this number for any calls about appointments or questions. You can also email us at maude.unit@muhc.mcgill.ca

If you need emergency care, please go to the Emergency Room at the Royal Victoria Hospital and identify yourself as a congenital heart patient from the MAUDE Unit. If you prefer to go the the MGH Emergency room, this is fine. If you are a patient of the JGH, please go to the JGH ER. In all cases, identify yourself as a congenital heart disease patient or a MAUDE unit patient.

We aim to provide you with the best care possible in any of the McGill teaching hospitals.

We look forward to seeing you !
